1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GHADEEL AL SHARQ's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

GHADEEL AL SHARQ provides contracting, renovation, and building maintenance services. Our services include:

  • Online video inspection and assessment (via Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp)
  • Apartment and villa renovation
  • Interior fit-out and finishing works
  • Painting, gypsum, and decoration works
  • Kitchen and bathroom installation
  • Flooring and tiling works
  • Annual maintenance contracts (residential & commercial)
  • AC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance
  • Leak detection and building inspection

The service flow is: (1) Book and pay for an online video inspection, (2) receive a quote and work plan, (3) approve and pay the remaining balance, (4) our team executes the work on-site.

The online inspection fee is deducted from the full service price if you proceed with the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, you must:

  • Provide accurate property address and access details
  • Grant our team access to the work area on the scheduled date
  • Disclose any existing issues or conditions affecting the work
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or approvals
  • Ensure the site is safe and ready for work to commence

5. Service Timeline

After booking and payment, our team will contact you to schedule a site assessment visit. The service execution timeline depends on:

  • Scope and complexity of the work
  • Site conditions and accessibility
  • Materials availability
  • Weather and external factors

An estimated timeline will be provided after the site assessment.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required in full before service delivery. We accept payment through secure online payment gateways. All prices are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.

No refunds are provided after payment is processed. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All work performed, designs, and reports prepared by GHADEEL AL SHARQ remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, the physical work becomes the property of the client.

You may not reproduce or resell our designs, reports, or methodologies without written permission.

8. Limitations of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to deliver quality workmanship, but:

  • We rely on the accuracy of information you provide about the property
  • Hidden or pre-existing conditions may affect the scope of work
  • We are not liable for pre-existing structural or system defects not caused by our work
  • Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed upon
  • We do not guarantee outcomes affected by factors beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

9. Professional Disclaimer

While our team consists of experienced professionals, our services do not replace:

  • Official building permits and regulatory approvals where required
  • Inspections by government or municipal authorities
  • Insurance assessments or claims
  • Legal proceedings or expert witness testimony

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our processes
  • Harass or abuse our staff
  • Submit excessive or frivolous requests

11. Confidentiality

We treat your project information confidentially and will not share it with third parties except as required by law or necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processing).

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our service, please contact us first to resolve the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to address legitimate concerns.

Any disputes will be governed by applicable laws and resolved through appropriate legal channels where applicable.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to anyone who violates these terms or engages in abusive behavior.
